Default Fitting a V5 STi MAF to a v4. urgent help needed :( will it work?

hi guys.
i've got some kind of big issue. I really needed my car to work by tomorrow and
i've had an idle problem with my car so last week decided to get another maf for it, i've then ordered on there to someone a supposed to be v3/v4 MAF. i am overseas and i can not source those parts pretty easily... so i really do hope this will work. The problem is the following.
today i've got my parts from the member who sells them and there is a problem.
he sent me a V5/V6 STi AFM and said it was fitted to his V3/V4 STi and the car used a Zerosports ECU.
so here is my question. Can i use the V5/V6 MAF to my STi v3.v4?
if so, what i should do? i need to rewire probably but i need to know how to do it and would appreciate if someone can tell me how do i need to rewire, i've got the wiring diagram for the v5/v6 maf i think but i dont have it for the v3/v4.
so if someone could help me and tell me if the v5 MAF will work with my v4? and then if someone get the proper wiring details to do the swap?

help will be muuuuch appreciated

i've doing lots of search before post this thread and did not find any proper answer to my request.

No, you cannot use a v5 MAF on a v4 car. The calibration is different between the two, and unless you have the ecu mapped for it, you could risk engine damage.

It was obviously mapped for it on the Zerosorts ecu.

As said, unless your running a different ECU your going to have to look for another, v5 mafs are fragile anyway so wouldn't change, bit naughty seller selling you something its not
