Classis underside parts the same?

Classis underside parts the same?
The underside of my type r is pretty scabby, need a few parts, I.e, rear track arms and trailing arms, rear subframe. Are these interchangeable with all classic models? Like are imports the same underneath as a uk turbo? If not, is there anywhere you can buy new ones or upgraded parts.
