Default Error code 32 on STI v3

Hi all,

Short version:
First the car seemed to hesitate(like a fuel cut) between 3 and 3.5k rpm, when accelerating from low rpm's. Afterwards, it did it also at higher gears, but not as obvious. After that, the car went like crap, idled very bad, barely got to 30mph, and there was an obvious blowing sound in the right front fender when pressing the throttle all the way in. The car has a FMIC and decatted, big exhaust. The connecting part between the pipe and the intercooler seems very rough and might leak.

Since then, I've started the car a few times to drive it out the garage, and it idled and ran fine. It does seem to run very rich, as it left a huge black spot on the snow.

TL;DR (in white, select it to read)

I've recently bought a JDM v3 STI wagon. While driving 400-500 miles home, I noticed that the car often seems to hesitate between 3 and 3.5k rpm, when accelerating in high gear, from low rpm's.

10 miles before I got home, and took 2 friends for a drive, I noticed it hesitated more often and in higher rpm's and the car felt slower.
After a few miles, suddenly all the power was cut. The car idled very roughly, it didn't accelerate at all and barely got to 30 mph.
If you went full throttle, you heared something blowing, apparently in the right front fender (car has a FMIC btw). So I visually inspected the piping. The connecting hose between the piping and the intercooler on the right side, looks like it had it's best time, so I figured that that would be the problem.
The CEL went on sometime near home/when I was home.

I didn't drive the car anymore, but it got started a few times to get it out of the garage, and all those times, it idled/went normal. As I only drove it a few yards each time, I can't say if the problem was still there, but it didn't seem like it.

I checked scoobypedia and read out the error codes by connecting the 2 black connectors under the steering column. It has error code 32.
Scoobypedia gives this:
32 A/F Sensor #1 System
32 A/F Sensor #2 System
32 Oxygen Sensor
So which one is it?

And could the intercoolerpiping be responsible for this?
