Default Engine won't start!

Went out today, engine turns over fine but does'nt fire up? Fuel pump sounds different Louder? Everything ok when last used week ago. Plenty of fuel, any idea's?. Type r v6

if its firing over then fuel pump is prob the thing, happened to me on my 94 uk model, or relay, or even something like loose wire, need get back seat out and have a check under panel. or check fuel feed pipe see if its actually sending= NO SMOKING!! and have a cup to hand - put it back in tank lol well price of v power these days.

my classic does the same but only when its hot occasionally! fuel evaporation maybe?

Turns over fine, its not starter motor, will have a look for any loose wires in the morning. could it be something to do with the cam sensor? do these fail?

good point yes cam sensors can cause this i believe.but i think it would throw the cell light on the engine check. i think ?
