Hi all I have a sti dash cluster to fit into a uk 99 car and need some advice with the speed converter wiring. It came with the plugs so I could see what wires go where but I am left with a black wire that has a eyelet on the end and I don't know where it goes and the speedo doesn't work. I have tried putting to earth but still Ng any help much appreciated

Just use your original cluster and swap the sti facia plate over.
