Model: 95 Uk Turbo (Fitted with 99 uk turbo engine)
Engine Mods: Remapped ECU, 3 Port Boost Solenoid, Cat Back Exhaust, induction filter.
Fault: Code 45 - Map Sensor - Huge power loss as soon as on boost. Idles fine until after this.


Following an engine swap, I was getting codes 22, 32 and 45. I tightened the downpipe to turbo joint as this wasnt done up properly removed the MBC and checked all vacuum piping.

Cleared codes but still getting code 45 (MAP sensor) the car was having idle issues, idle issues now gone but now when you go to drive it, soon as you hit boost it suffers a massive power loss.

To explain, it feels like a fuel cut, but its not boosting to even 5psi before this happens.

I'm going to look at the vacuum piping next, I have two of the three inlet feeds on top of the inlet manifold attached. When you put your finger over the middle one it tries to die. Turbo is spinning up and dumping at idle just not getting close when running.

Its really pissing me off to be fair, appreciate the help.
