Default Simtek ecu

Hi does the Simtek have a safe temp function? Ie won't let it boost properly until the engine temps are upto a certain degree?

If you're referring to the old type Simtek then I don't think it does, however the Alcatek upgrade for the old type Simtek does have a safeguard function which can be temperature controlled.

It's just my car feels like its hitting a limiter at 4000 revs when not upto running temp!!
