I'm looking to do a service on my wrx, with the car being an import its hard to find the correct parts I need, it's a 1996 wrx 260bhp totally standard, and I'm after the following:

Spark plugs
Oil filter
Dif oil
Air filter
Fuel filter

I see lots of parts that have the engine type after it whet advertised, how do I find my engine type?

 

should be stamped on the block. Yours, IIRC, is a EJ20G
