hya guys, right ive got a 1994 wrx which has been remapped and has yellow injectors, fmic, air filter and 3"system from turbo back . i think my turbo is starting to smoke abit now so looking for an upgrade (has tdo5 fitted at min) but im limited because of the turbo being top entry one any ideas or info would be great cheers

 

Depends how much power you want from the car as the Td05 16G is a good turbo and you would easily make 300bhp

 

Td05 16g turbos are good for 340bhp. If your one is on its way out id just swop it for another Td05.

 

ok im looking to get around 320-340hp if i can . engine is good so hopefully should get it lol . cheers for replys guys

 

I have done the same mods and I have a VF34. its running a nice safe 315bhp at 0.9bar.

 

how did you connect up the vf34 turbo as mine has the top entry turbo not the later one that has intake pipe under intake manifold . cheers
