Default Decapped injectors

Do Decapped injectors actually work?
How well do they work, as good as a propper sized set?
Who is running them, and issues?
Any advice would be great,

Thanks in advance.

You can't beat the proper thing. We'd say it's a fudge, designed only to be cheap. It's a pity to waste a nice build by fitting second rate injectors.
Etc..

There's better options out their, an injector plays a bigger part than just supplying fuel.

We wouldn't, that's all there is to it really.
You have to consider how important an injector is and what it does. Not only does it have to supply a quantity of fuel relative to selected duty, it also needs to be consistent across a range of duties and fuel pressures as well as having the correct spray pattern. You don't want dribbly ones either..
On principle, I'd say injectors are one of those items that needs to be just perfect.

You certainly dont!! haha
It is true though, ripping off the caps isnt going to work perfectly and by the time you send them off to get tested etc, you might as well just but a proper set.
