i ve got a uk300 running a vf34 around 320bhp

its time for an oil change soon, so im after some advice plz...

5 litres will be enough for a complete change?

Ive always used Millers CFS 10W 60.

I use millers cfs 10/40 but yes that looks ok and impreza uses about 4.5 litres anyway, make sure you fill filter first before fitting and keep filling.
