Default iOn 4-1 Headers, anybody using them?

Have a set of these headers here but want info on them before i fit them, i know there oldskool but are in good nick. Have they a good flow rate or would standard headers ported be a better mod, will be going onto a V6 2.0 Sti with a TD05 18g, any info?

The restricyion lis in the 4 - 1 bit, as seen on the pic its a restriction, the better systems have less restriction at this point.
