Hi,i`ve bought a 3" nur spec back box,i have a 3" turbo back decat at the moment,japspeed i think,went to fit this morning but when offered up it`s way to long out the back of the car,don`t want to start chopping the blitz or mid pipe,any one any idea`s ? new midpipe and which one to get,thanks.Gutted,was looking forward to having it fitted gggrrrr,Car is newage sti

 

Some of the 3" systems on the market are made strange lengths, which it looks like youve found out.

IMO there is 2 options.. go have a 3" centre section made up that will fit perfectly as there is also a chance that your current DP might be an unusual length also. so buying a off the shelf centre maybe not fit either.

Or get a replacement DP and centre off here or ebay and sell on your full 3" japspeed system as a whole.

Think you will find that Nurspec will only fit nurspec and other than custom your stuck.

 

But correct me if i`m wrong,but all nur spec narrow to 2.5,were i`m running 3" turbo back custom it is then

 

My nur spec is 3" all the way. I have a japspeed decat aswell

 

I have a full 3 inch turbo back nur spec r for sale. The down pipe only really mate's up with the nur spec r.

Some say it's awkward. I say it's exclusive :P
