Usual symptom of A/F sensor (Front) would be an increase in fuel consumption.

However surprised it hasn't recorded one or more of the following:-

P0130 O2 Sensor Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0133 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0134 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0137 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0138 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0139 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

If you are going to fit one then you need to fit both.

I haven't got any other codes and did check any stored codes that may have been there previously.

I'm surprised you mention the codes that it hasn't thrown up. Anything else to look for? Can the ECU be written to erase certain codes to be thrown up?
I was wondering whether the ECU had been looked at particularly with the decat.

Probably only way to know for sure is to get a mapper to check it out.
