Default HELP before i go fc&^% nuts

As above had my 03sti mapped by Simon at RCM on friday

Mapping aborted due to blowing up-pipe to header gasket

Bought gen RCM 3 bolt gasket

Just fitted it today and put everything back together etc

Gone to flip the immobiliser off to start and test it

NOTHING

It would seem the immobiliser isn't coming off

Surely its not anything i've done is it?

Car was running fine when i pulled it into the garage the previous day

Anyone

Many thanks

My mates car done this a while ago out the blue, The ignition lights were coming on but no tick over, Immobiliser wasn't going off either, He knocked the starter a few times and it fired up nicely, not the best advice I know but worth a try

Is it parked near a mobile phone mast. Ive heard of cars in supermarket car parks ect have similar issues but once pushed to the other side of the car park they work fine.

Right gentleman sorted

For future ref

Turn ignition on hold button on keypad, foot on brake, dip clutch then it starts

What on earth is all that about, this seems a rather strange sequence to get the car to kick up. What causes this?

Thanks for the advice though, really helpful
