Boost leak test, system not pressuring Helppp

Default Boost leak test, system not pressuring Helppp

Cannot get the system to pressurise I have made a boost leak tester put it into the turbo intake taken off oil cap disconeted the pipe work running to catch can...trying to pressurise the system but the needle is just not moving what am I missing

If you cant pressurize it then there is a leak i would say.

Lol maybe I'm thinking I haven't blocked somthing off that I should whilst doing the test,
if the leak was as big as ur making out I would have major boost issues and I don't apart from a screaming at 1 bar .. As i said I can here the leak at about 1 bar when driving but when Im doing the boost leak test the I cannot even get the gauge to start moving


This is really doin my noodle in

Did you seal the pipe to the air filter....?

The test kit starts from turbo intake pipe so is after the air filter so its not part of the test ...

If that makes sense
