Default BHP at wheels or fly?

Hey guys,

Is the quoted 225bhp for a wrx at the wheels or fly? Also what is the estimated loss if it is quoted from the fly?

225 is at the flywheel, the whp is around 175,.

Well today I made 225 bhp @ the wheels so im gussing around 275 at the fly... not bad for a tweaked PPP map
