Default classic wont start, fuel pump not priming

as above my my95 randomly woudnt start yest, first thing i check was take the back seat and cover off the pump cleaned the connector and tried to start it. didnt make a sound so its not priming.

is there a fuse for it or a relay i should replace first?

also this seems like a good time to upgrade to a walbro, is there any advantage to this over a standard pump if its not mapped for it?

cheers

check your wiring too, its can become damaged over time. Mine randomly did this once too so when i replaced the fuel pump i replaced the wiring too.

Get a multimeter on the connectors to confirm this though.
