Thumbs down Desperate Clutch HELP!!!

I know this is common but can someone tell me if my circumstances are diffrent to others. I have a 2007 STI running 400bhp and 425ft lbs torque, so i had to upgrade my clutch and a new flywheel at the same time. I have fitted a EXEDY HYPER TWIN with Light weight flywheel. New pilot and realese bearings. I then adjusted the clutch pedal for bedding in as it was so low (almost as soon as you let the pedal up the clutch engaged.) and removed the spring from inside the slave cylinder in order to help with fluid getting to the clutch. About 1,000 miles later my clutch started to slip and i noticed that the biting point was at the top of the pedal. Therefore i adjusted the pedal back down again and now have that dreaded common problem with the clutch sticking down low under power.
Heres my questions:
1. Obvious but how do i get rid of the sticking clutch
2. Is there a specific bleeding method / procidure i should follow
3. Have i ruined the slave cylinder by taking the springs out??

Any help would be great
P.S Ive bleed it 3 times now with new fluid and still it happerns, my pedal feels fine until i give it some and then its like i have no pressure / fluid there???

Put your spring back on and regards bleeding the slave use the gravity method, i.e crack the nipple and just let the fluid run out on it's own, also undo the slave from the gear box and place it so the nipples vertical up but lower than the resevoir.

As above. The spring should always be in the slave cylinder

Ill post you a picture of what i was told to do within the slave cylinder. it's not the spring that goes from the fork, its an internal spring that apparently helps pedal pressure and stops clutch wear when removed. Thanks guys for this help, can you comment on this picture

Someone please tell me they have done this same mod as it was advice given to me from a very trusted source and i really hope it was the right thing to do. Also the bleed nipple on the slave is already lower than the resovior so how will moving it help? just losing the will to live as ive spent alot on this clutch and really cant see why the pedal gets stuck!!

Yes its below the the reservoir but while its fitted to the g'box the bleed nipple is not the highest point so you will never get allthe air out leaving it bolted to the box .
