Having had an old ej20 fully rebuilt with forged pistons , rods,race bearings , nitro'd crank,RCM water pump,cometic gasgets etc.....
I sourced the parts myself and was built by a good friend at that time who had built quite a few engines,
Also helped by myself and another good friend .

So looking at prices for all the hardware how much Labour costs are we looking at ,
Well how much time will that equate too.

On average what time are you looking at to build back up.
