Default Manifold Spacers V5/V6

Reversing the inlet manifold on my car, looks like I'll have to raise the manifold in order to get the intake pipe under. Carl Davey does spacers for earlier classics, anyone any ideas on where to source for V5/V6 or what have you done?

Am I right in thinking that it is necessary to space the manifold then?
