Default 440's

any strange reason why i cannot get a set of these to work in my classic wrx i have got the adapters to fit them into ph1 rails they pressurerize and i get good fuel pressure yet when i turn the engine over none of them fire , i took the manifold off and was working with it off the car but everything still connected i put my grey injectors back in and turn the car over and straight away you can see them all fire and shoot petrol out.

Is there something im missing here

i bought the injectors from a fella on here so i dont expect them all to be faulty ive took them all back out cleaned them all but still no joy to get them spraying none of them. really confusing?

Also even more confusing i tried to do a voltage test on all of the injectors wiring while the car was running with grey injectors, on number one piston i was getting 13.56v on the yellow wire this was the same reading for all 4 injector connectors. but the other side was well off
No.1 - 1.6v ~ 1.4v
No.2 - 0.3v ~ 0.5v
No.3 - 1.2v ~ 1.0v
No.4 - 0.3v ~ 0.2v

i feel like this is my head !

and i was checking those voltages while the car was running and i left the meter on for a good 30secs for each one to get a rough average .

Any Ideas Guys ?

Your ECU not tune for 440 injectors. I am using aftermarket ECU with 440 injectors on my classic.

i understand my ecu wont be tuned for them but as they are standard injector i would have thought they would have worked just not to the optimum the problem i have is not a single one fires i have a simtek ecu also.
