Rather than start a new thread i thought i'd hijack this one.
I have a 99 2000 turbo and I have been looking at TMIC, mainly for looks as im not too fussed on power right now, I have contemplated the STi but as my car isnt an STi i dont want STi stamped on it (if that makes sense?) also they look a bit of a pain to fit.

now i have seen this:

And wonder if anyone has any experience of them as they seem to be reasonably priced.

As mentioned before, they are not worth upgrading unless you are planning on big power further down the line, and if you are planning big power, go down the front mount option. Sti top mounts are good for roughly 380ish brake.

Its for looks only, I dont really want an Sti intercooler for a number of reasons, i'd just like to know if these japspeed units are of decent build quality and if its simple to swap over.

A V6 STI TMIC does not have the STI logo across the center of it like the newage ones, and its good for 350bhp mine is running 340bhp the now.
