Default 2 port boost solenoid question...

Been having problems with my v3 type r since I got it only half a bar of boost, checked and theres no restrictor pill.

Now I'm not sure if my vacuum hoses are all in the correct position either....

From the solenoid one goes to the actuator and one goes to the top of the turbo.

From the map sensor one goes to the top of the inlet manifold.

And from the FPR one goes to the back of the inlet manifold with a t piece for a boost gauge plumbed in there.

Is this correct?

Where does the restrictor pill go? The solenoid to the top of the turbo?

MNany thanks in advance.

The vacuum hose coming from the air intake that's supposed to go into the boost solenoid is blocked off also?
