Scooby Hatch: Rear lights gathering water

Scooby Hatch: Rear lights gathering water
Just wondering if anybody alos had the problem on scooby hatch where the rear lights would gather water? One looks like its moisture, thus then gathers water and the other seem like it taking water directly in. I do part on a hill if that makes any difference.
