If i have a TD05 20G front entry turbo, waste gate welded for external actuator, can you open or repair the hotside to get it working with an attached actuator again?

Any ideas how much a repair would cost?

And will the TD05 take a billet wheel?

 

You would will probably have to replace turbine housing

So Cheapest way would be to buy a second hand 16g and use the tubine housing from this, and you should be able to use the 16g actuator as well,

Also can upgrade to billet 20g wheel

 

How does the TD05 20G rate compared to the SC42 or md321t ??
