Default Another coolant question

Ok so whenever I've done a coolant change previously I've just refilled via the header tank...
I think I've confused myself by reading a few dozen coolant threads but from what I can gather I think the best way to fill is via the back hose on the header tank?

This is prob the best description I could find: https://www.scoobynet.com/general-te...-tomorrow.html

Basicly I have a v5 type r and want to confirm what hose on the header tank I should be filling from ? On the top of my header tank there are 3 hoses .... 1 goes to turbo, 2nd goes to the overflow and the 3rd goes to the rad can some1 please just confirm which hose I should be filling from as I really don't wanna have to do this twice

Many thanks

just done that today. was a very good tip to fill from the pipe. i usually fill from header but this way it gets all the air out when filling!
