Default NP switch on a MY02 WRX..sluggish??

Hi guys!

I'm interested if it is possible that the neutral position switch can cause performance issues on a bugeye WRX (non-STI)?

My car sometimes will go like stink (decatted uppipe, remapped to 265bhp) but the next time it will go like it has 50hp less. No misfires or anything else, it just goes like a NA car, smooth as silk but not good enough hehe.

It has new sparkplugs, MAF sensor, 255l/h pump no boost leaks as it boost normally. The car showed the BHP he should on the dyno with no problems (the tuner said the engine is nice and strong with no problems at all).

I might as well say, the car is not driven very hard, actually most of its time its driven quite slowly hehe. And also i use the car maybe once or twice a week, becouse i use a fiat diesel for daily driving .

Once i tried and resetted the ECU with my delta dash and it helped...for some time .

So i am looking for causes, so far i am thinking around these ones:
1)NPS
2)slightly bad Coilpacks maybe?
3)Bad fuel
4)ECU learning...should i drive it harder?
5)boost solenoid?
6)Wastegate?

I am opened for suggestion

P.S.

Sorry for my english, but i'm from Slovenia.
