I've got a v2 STi and had originally been told that the v3 STi heads would be the ones to go for as an upgrade if starting a forged cdb build due to more aggressive cams & better flow.

Anyways, I've been offered a complete set of v4 STi type-r heads, and wanted to know if these are in effect the same as the aforementioned v3? Should I consider these or stick to my original plans of getting the v3 STi heads?
