Default Getting a replacement key

New to Subarus,apologies if there is a similar older thread.Looking at buying a blobeye wagon,but it comes with just the one key,where can i get a spare one from?Bell/Colvill where it has all it's service stamps etc...are quoting £350!

its expensive but not that expensive...has to be done at a dealer though

Blobeye keys are linked to the ECU, so most mappers on here can add keys for a small charge. I'd buy a blank off ebay (£10) have it cut (£5), then a used key, for the transponder chip, as sometimes the blanks don't have them (£5). Then have a mapper code it (£40)

Timpsons also offer this service for £75 that includes a key and coding etc. not sure if it works correctly as I have heard people having issues , they would always refund if there are any issues.

If you also have a sigma alarm you would need to get another one of these to go with your new key (new key won't open the doors remotely)
