recently bought full blitz turbo back exhaust was going to fit it but noticed a rattle from the resonator, and on inspection looks like the baffle is loose, can the resonator be replaced? what are the implications in removing it?

Try blitz uk, they list prices for full systems, but should be able to sort you a resonato out, but it won't be cheap.
