Hi could anyone help me please,

i have a 94 wrx with,fmic,full decat and apexi induction kit,and polar performance chip

it only boost 0.5bar also has check engine light on,iv done a code check and it comes back as 45,iv changed map sensor and boost solenoid but still same.

What could be the problem,can anyone help.

Have you reset the ecu? If not give that a go.
