New gaskets , or could be cracked so would have to be welded

get someone to block tailpipe for a few seconds with a towel or something else and listen for a blowing sound around manifold area and exhaust system, could be gasket worn, warped flange, or split in pipe somewhere.

thing is the manifold is only a few months old and i put new gaskets on. i did make sure they were tight but i did not put any paste on so could that be the problem? iv got a full stainless steel cobra exhaust system on it inc the cobra sport cat so everything really should be as new. just hope the manifold has not cracked i heard some can but thought mine was of good quality. someone else on here on another thread said that the unequal length manifolds make this noise anyway due to the gases goes through it as the steel is thinner than the cask original manifold is that true? it sounds crap though when you have the windows down and go past close hedging on the road the headge row bounces back the sound so i can hear what it sounds like out side while im driving it does sound more like a old vw beetle noise.

Ask for advice, it's there above for you to do as you wish.

Sounds like there is a leak somewhere.

Cheap manifolds are cheap for a reason...
