Default o2 sensors

hi there
what is the o2 sensor? is it the lambda sensors?
i plugged in diagnostics and monitoring the systems it seems to have 3 and only on bank one, two of their values changed but one seemed to be a minus value eg the 11 (v) one had a value of 0.4 and the 12 (v) one had a value of about 5.0 and the 11 (mv) had a value of -122.43. not should they all change when revved?

sorry does this make sense? i keep getting an 02 sensor fault saying it running lean and a catalyist system below efficency, altho its fully decatted the light was supposed to be disabled when she was remaped

many thanks morgan
