3 port catch can fitting advice.

Hi all,
Iv bought an OBP 3 port catch can ,but it actualy has 4 ports. I'm after some advice on fitment & some pictures if anyone can help. It's for my 96 STI.

use 2 for the breather outlets on the heads and 1 for the crankcase breather. the 4th one either vent to atmosphere or return to inlet.

OK get the basic idea. Done a search some people say to blanc the PCV valve some say leave it what's best?
