I'm gonna be putting vibra technics on mine so would be handy to know lol

 

yeah reasonably with set of axlestands and a trolley jack or engine crane to take weight and lift engine, personally i find it best to remove the gearbox pitch mount before trying to lift engine up the mounts bolt through subframe on a 14mm nut and two 14mm bolts to the engine, just bolt new ones to engine right way round as they have locating pins.

 

So they are under the car, not to the top and side?
