i have a little problem with my Forester 2007, i have made some mods:
GT28 turbo
TGV delete
Fuel rails/regulator
HRC pump
Big TMIC
Equeal headers
3" exhaust.
My custum flash program

My problem is when i get to about 1,1 bars of boost and logger is on, my inj. duty is about 105% and my car makes small bumps in engine pull.
Running about 11 afr rich

my think is to lower the duty cycle i tried to raise the fuel pressure but it had no effekt? i get it as high, to 4,5 bars with out vakumm
why is that?
i know i need bigger injectors but raise the fuel pressure i thought i could wait a little.

What software do you use for logging?
What rpm and load do you have when you go over 100% idc?
My personal opinion is that idc is not a "good" measurement. What does your wideband O2 sensor say if you have one?
Can you share a log?

I use romraider, but have not recordet any logs, it get over 100% about 4800/5000 rpm to red light, at full load. I never solved the problem because my engine went for 2 week ago, bad oil pump, so no oil pressure.
I know the injectors are at its limit around that boost. my problem was, that higher fuel pressure did not lower the duty??
With the new engine i have odrer deatch werk 740cc injetors. so i will seen when i get the engine running what the duty is then. I have just bought a wideband to feed the signal to the ecu, hope i can get it to work.
