Missing, Power Loss Then Stall on the move
My std 99 classic uk T2000 has developed an intermittent fault.
While driving it feels like its missing upto 3k BUT occassionally it will suddenly lose power, as though you have run out of fuel.
The power then comes back, sometimes with a splutter, before driving again.
Other times this will result in the revs just dying and the car stalling while on the move.
Has had brand new NGK's, MAF looks ok, no fault codes flashed...it's fitted with a Forge DV (thats' been taken apart and cleaned) but still the problem occurs.
The stalling as only occurred twice but the missing/hesitation as pretty much all the time off boost.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried your coilpack and HT leads? I had a similar issue which only showed up after a remap. A visual inspection may not be enough, worth swapping for known working units and try rule it out that way.

Well thing to think about is: is the missfire on one cylinder or multiple? If it's on one then you can narrow it down to something that affects 1 cylinder at a time. i.e. spark plug, ht lead, coilpack on some models, fuel injector . If it's on multiple then work your way back, MAF, Fuel filter, fuel pump, ECU. Unfortunately missfires can be a pig to diagnose when intermittent - usually easier when constant and can be troubleshooted at idle. Good luck bud.
