Default MSA regulations for snap off steering wheel bosses.

I was looking at the blue book for any regulations regarding this and couldn't find any, but i also read that if you have a snap off boss that the bit you pull on to remove the wheel needs to be brightly coloured?

Anyone know the deal?

Thanks

I emailed MSA:

"
Thanks for your query. There are no MSA regulations regarding quick release steering wheel bosses, they are permitted are not a problem if fitted correctly. You will need to check your championship regulations to see if they have a requirement for the release to be identified, but there is no MSA regulation stating it must be.

Best Regards

Michael Duncan"

Thanks
