Default Wiper Paint Suggestions?

Hello all.

So the wipers are a bit tired and rusty, but not too bad.
I want to give them a new coat of paint.
Any suggestions on what I would need to do and what supply's I would need to buy?

Thanks!!

a quick rub down with some fine sand paper and a few coats of matt black will sort them out. halfords and many other car parts suppliers will have them on the shelf.

Ok cool.
So I wouldn't need to prime them, then paint them?

halfords paint is good actually . but the amount it will cost for primer , black matt or whatever you might as well get some from a japanese car breakers or something ? saves you the hassle . youll need some rust treatment otherwise chances are it will come back through ?

As above, paint straight on, but DO clean them first.

And use satin black, not matt black.
