Default Sump guards!

Does anybody know of a company that make, or sell alloy sump guards, to fit a Classic v6 type r

I got one here that I`m toying on fitting its a Cusco (Safety 21) jobbie.

I have one, original subaru stamped

think it would fit any classic, your not that far away so could always meet up and offer it up to under your engine,
once i get pics up someone may be able to help, iv never seen another one.

Definitly interested if the price is right I'm not far from you but need to get the old bolts drilled out and replaced first since the current plastic under tray is being held on by cable ties thanks to previous careless owner snapping them off.

Found it, needs a good clean but dose polish up nice tho, as i said a genuine
Subaru sump guard,
from what i remember it fits under the bumper with the front showing as in pic 5, but no a splitter as it wont fit, will accept a good offer anyone.

The proper sump guards mount to a steel bar that bolts in through the bumper mounts and comes down under the rad. You only need this for rallying though. IE; if you are actually going to land on it or cut a lot on tarmac.

The boys are right, proper ones dont come up for sale that often as if it was on your rally car why would you sell it...?! If you need a proper one get one made,

If you fit a guard because you need one, and it doesn't have a decent forward mount, then yes!

Got this fitted to my hawk STI.



From a Fiesta WRC...

Had to shorten the rear of it though as there was nothing that far back to carry it!

Good point but this is a genuine subaru sump guard and if you want one
i have one for sale, its not about cheap, dose what it sais on the tin so to speak, if you drive in any of the newforest car parks youll see the point
of having one, put a hole in the sump on the wifes Audii TT a while back in one of these car parks, £170 fix.

I only ask price as I have one I'm about to sell aswell, I have 2 I've seen a few about but they're not common anymore

Mine are powdercoated black which looks pretty cool
