I have a 3inch exhaust fitted to my new age, and to be honest it probably isnt the most expensive system in the world, but the fit is terrible and it sits very low so will no doubt scrape the ground when driving down my workshop lane.

There are plenty of cheap 2.5 inch OEM systems availible second hand, will fitting the smaller exhaust give a big reduction in power?

Or do i stop being a tight *** and buy a quality 3 inch system that has OEM fit, if so what is the best system to go for on a tight asses budget

I went the other way went from a 3 inch to 3.5 inch. As the 3' had a CAT and someone "nicked" (LOL) the cat from the 3.5 inch, it sounds a lot louder and up 20 brake.
