As my Digimoto software gave up the ghost a couple of years ago and it doesn't look as if it will ever get repaired, I am looking for replacement OBD software.

I want something to load onto a Windows 7 laptop. I have the lead / converter for OBD II / ELM. I want data logging and real time dashboard with dials. Must be generic, not looking for Subaru specific.

Recommendations please.

For datalogging you don't need Tactrix cable,only for mapping you will need Tactrix cable

thats pretty Subaru specific lol, I think the Op was after something for many makes.

Does Romraider give a gauge style display or only digital representation?

Not 'other marques' because Subaru must also be covered.

 

you can choose from 5 different styles in Romraider, 2 are dials the rest are just a box with the info in but different sizes.

Evoscan is pretty good for various cars as well as Subaru`s for logging and DTC`s.
