Hi does anyone know if a type ra slant intercooler is bigger than a standard 2000 slant intercooler. Thanks

I doubt it, but if you have a 'slanty' then you need to get rid of it.

Is it easy to swap to a sti straight top mount intercooler as ive got one on the shelf in my garage and have thought about tryin to fit it but it looks too long to fit in ? Thanks

No difference in size just slightly bigger core inthe ra slant unit. If you have a straight sti intercooler off a version 4,5,6 it wont fit straight on as it catches the bulkhead on the early cars,as the throttle body is to long.There is a post on here showing how it can be done ,but it is not straightforward.

If its the throttle body thats too long would it be possible to fit a throttle body from say a 99 car so its shorter. Thanks
