If it's anything like the classic then 75w-90. I'm going to be using Castrol Universal soon, but like i say that's for a classic.

Millers CRX 75w 90nt. Very good quality and made using the very latest technology.

I have Castrol Syntrax in mine, cost about £45 to fill the box

You'll need five litres. Your gearbox will take about three and half litres and the rear diff about a litres or so. You want the Millers CRX 75w 90NT (nano technology) fully synthetic,

Thanks again einsten RA, Ian not sure wen mine was done last as only had the car 6months, it's still golden, is it best to change as Iam doing a full service?

Millers CRX 75w 90NT or Redline Light Weight Shockproof. Redline is awesome and is a fit and forget oil, smooth as silk for notchy and normal boxes

http://scoobyclinic.com/pdf/ServiceSchedule_NewAge.pdf. This will give you an idea of oil changes..Though many do an oil change in between the reccomended intervals for peace of mind..Check your cars service hitory..
