Has it been remapped after your install as I wouldn't drive on boost without a remap

If it's not been mapped, WHY are you revving past 5500rpm?

I wouldnt recommend giving it any as your charge temps will be all over the place as the ecu won't know what's up

so its best to get my td05 on then send it off to the mappers? dont really wanna be paying £500 for a map for a month or 2 then send it back when its running the new turbo

Spray some ladies hair spray on the reducers & clamp them down. The pipes will never blow off.

You do that during mapping.
Do it before at the car's peril

I'd remove the top FMIC pipes and put the TMIC back on. Easy to do and just refit the pipes when you go for mapping
