Default Coolant level
What should the coolant level be in the header tank on a Impreza?

Mine always seems to be 1/2" below the top on the tank. No water leaks have been found.

the header tank should be full(the metal tank) and the overflow bottle(behind passenger headlight) should be between low and full, always fill from the overflow bottle.
