Deleting TGV's
Evening all
I've been trying to modify/prep my tgv's and I can't get the rod out from the centre. Has anyone done this or know how to remove it?
Anyone done this before got an idea of how much welding and grinding etc costs?
Cheers

I just wanted to do as much myself and use these TVG's I had lying around as I've got a pretty expensive engine build coming up

Presumably it just like removing the shaft on a throttle body.; remove butterflies and pull/tap out the shaft?
Obviously its going to be tight due to the bushings and seals, so maybe you need to be a little more brutal with it?
Guide here seems to suggest that: http://www.newenglandsubarus.com/for...ead.php?t=4522
