Got a 95 UK classic and an M99 alarm, the doors have stopped locking from the remote fob, am I right in thinking this is likely to be a drivers door actuator (addon) problem?

Just trying to get a clue before taking the door apart

Hi,
I had a similar problem, turned out to be the wires going to the drivers door solenoid switch.

It would lock properly, but when opening the car, I had to be quick to open the door, else it would lock again.

I presume the doors lock once you're inside the car and locking it from the drivers door?

I can lock with the key and they lock ok from inside, just won't lock from the fob.
