going to have a look tomo in the day light so any pointer would be great
thanks

I had a previous car that did this - turned out to be trailing arm bushes.
Probably worth checkin all the bushes as if one splits and comes out then it let's stuff move about more than usual.

Mos tof them are easy enough.
Only problem area can (and most likely will) be the long bolt that joins the lateral arms to the rear hub assembly. For some very dumb reason Subaru has made those hollow, so years of gunk and crap can attack the threads, making the bolt almost solidly fused in the hub.
I fitted adjustable lateral arms a couple of years ago, and almost no amount of force seemed to get them undone (used cans of every penetratingspray known to man, heat it, cool it)
In the end we went to the truck garage next door and got a 1" impact gun weighing 20kg's and that got them out.
